Shareholders
Shareholders discuss quarterly on the phone and have access to dividends when positions are closed. At least once per quarter.
Buying Shares
Shares can be bought when agreed among shareholders. Currently there are 25 outstanding shares at the value of CHF 10,000 / share.
Selling Shares
Shares can be sold to any other shareholders by written agreement at a previously agreed price between them.
